1. Educational & Entertainment Nature of the Service

QuizMind (quiz-mind.org) provides educational logic exercises, pattern sequences, and spatial deduction challenges. This test is an entertainment and self-assessment tool. It is NOT a standardized clinical psychological evaluation, psychiatric diagnostic instrument, or clinical measurement of general intelligence (IQ). Results must not be used for medical, psychiatric, recruitment, or clinical diagnostic decisions.

2. Free Access Guarantee

The primary IQ and logic tests are provided free of charge without mandatory payment, subscription, or paywalled results.

3. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, SVGs, question texts, logic explanations, and codebase are the proprietary property of QuizMind. Unauthorized reproduction or automated scraping is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. QuizMind is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from user interpretation of scores.
